Slaven Bilic has thrown his hat in the ring as a potential successor to Gordon Strachan. Even though all his managerial experience is at International level, he could be a good fit for the post.
However, and this is the rumour-worthy bit, the same article drags Henrik Larsson’s name into the fray. I know the article suggests him as possibly filling a coaching role but you can just see what’s coming next!
But who are the most realistic candidates?
Well, as this article implies, I’d say (in no order):
- Owen Coyle
- Tony Mowbray
- Slaven Bilic
You could consider Mark McGhee as a possibility but I think he’s more likely to go to the Aberdeen job.
I reckon Tony Mowbray is most likely because West Brom are making the most noise about their manager staying where he is.
