And The BAFTA For The Most Unconvincing Dive Goes To…

Football is apparently no longer a game for men. At least not if Kyle Lafferty’s actions the other day are anything to go by. Is that really all it takes to knock over a footballer – a gentle nose-rub? What a git! His play-acting leading to the red-carding of Aberdeen’s Charlie Mulgrew was nothing short of disgraceful and is a shocking indictment of the lengths that some so-called professionals are prepared to go to in order to win.

You would have thought that after the idiocy of his colleagues, Barry Ferguson and Allan Macgregor, earlier in the season that it would be a long time before another Rangers player would stoop so low.

Perhaps someone should tell Mr. Lafferty that he’s in the wrong game if he wants to win a BAFTA.

Verdict = Embarrassing FAIL!
