Well, I’ve been seeing links to del.icio.us for a wee while now and I started wondering what it was all about. So, I paid them a visit.
It turns out that they provide away of storing and managing online bookmarks, allowing you to access your bookmarks from any internet enabled PC you happen to be working at.
Sounds like a useful idea, I said to myself. So useful, in fact, that I signed up for an account and imported the bookmarks from my browser (Firefox – the only one worth using these days). It just took a minute or two to do this, so now I need to see if I actually make use of the system. At least I’ll now be able to access the same links at work and at home.
