Yesterday was Darwin Day during the course of which I read this interesting piece over on RichardDawkins.net.
There are those who will argue about the validity of his scientific contributions and even some that would deny the extent of their impact. However, looking at the pictures of him aged 65 and 71, no one could deny the impact of his beard.
Mockery aside, the Darwin Day site is well worth a visit for some info and insight into one of the great men of Science.
